Module 1: Introduction to eCommerce WordPress Website
- Types of eCommerce Websites
- Installation of WordPress
- WordPress Essentials
Module 2: Setting up WooCommerce on WordPress
- Installation of WooCommerce
- Adding Products, Categories, Tags and Attributes
- Settings in WooCommerce including Prices, Tax, Shipping and Payment Gateways
Module 3: Order Management on your eCommerce Website
- Receiving Orders and adding them manually
- Setting up Coupons
- Processing orders and managing refunds
Module 4: Customer Management
- Tracking basic data including sessions, users and events on your users
- Determine products that are customers are interested in or looking for
